Pam has worked as a registered massage therapist, craniosacral and somatoemotional release therapist for over 12 years, helping to connect people with touch.
She has worked and volunteered in a variety of health environments - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and financial aspects of well-being. She has also worked on mental health, physical disabilities, anti-poverty and social work, including work at the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre in Vancouver.
Pam founded Sephira Healing Centre in Vancouver in 2000 as a health care centre offering massage therapy, naturopathic medicine and counselling with a focus on women's health.
She worked there until 2003 when she moved back to her hometown of Saskatoon to raise her children. At that time she founded her local practice as SephiraHealing.
In addition to her massage therapy practice, Pam currently teaches breast massage at McKay Massage and Hydrotherapy School, She has taught Professional Development, Hydrotherapy and Massage Therapy.
Pam teaches educational workshops on massage therapy, belly health, breast massage and women's health issues.
In 2007 she founded Saskatoon Massage Therapy Supply, a full-service professional supply store for massage therapists, spas, body workers and alternative therapists.
